QC20-W Ballbar System
We perform diagnostics of CNC machine tools using the Renishaw Ballbar QC20 according to ISO 230-1 and ISO 230-4 standards, which determine the principles of machine tool testing, geometric accuracy of machines and circular interpolation tests for numerically controlled machine tools.
The aim of the performed diagnostics is to measure, control and monitor the geometric accuracy of CNC machines. The measurement makes it possible to detect the deterioration of the technical condition of the machines and to prevent the occurrence of serious breakdowns, downtime and waste through appropriate preventive maintenance. By regularly measuring machine accuracy with the Ballbar system, we help customers maintain high performance accuracy and production efficiency, increase maintenance efficiency and reduce the cost of repairs and downtime.
